Some confessions..

 

Last summer we all were in Goa.. We were 5 in total, including me, Sheldon, Tejas, BHAYYA (Sachin) and this time one of my distant cousins, Akarsh was also with us. We all had a great time there. Goa is very close to my heart and I have made many friends over there through Sheldon. There were many funny incidents as usual and the one that quickly comes on to my mind is Sheldon’s accident....

 A small accident can really spoil your holiday to a great extend. We were in Goa for 5 days and this unfortunate incident happened on the third day if I am not wrong. We were at the famous Baga beach and were fully excited to do all sorts of adventures. We decided to start with Banana boat… it’s a banana shaped boat and, they take us in to the sea and then throws us in to the waters…it was fun to float during first two times but, the third time while we all were thrown Sheldon’s jaw was hit by the person’s leg who escorted us on the boat… as soon as we fell in to the water Sheldon started screaming and, he asked the boat men to take him to the shore… I saw some blood coming from his lips but, I thought if that’s just a minor cut… I told Sheldon to remain calm and not to panic… I assured that it was just a minor cut and there is still one more round to go…but, he wasn’t ready to listen to me and kept on asking us to take him to the shore…At that point I was just wondering why he can’t bear this small cut for some more time!!! Anyway he took us to the beachside and that is when I actually realized the intensity of the cut. His lower lip was cut from within. The cut was very deep and critical. He was feeling very dehydrated we gave him some water and decided to take him to the nearest hospital. Fortunately we all had scooters that we had hired and we rushed towards the hospital. 

Now, we all were really worried and panic TILL THE TIME WE REACHED HOSPITAL… we took him to the casualty section and there arrived a beautiful beautiful lady nurse… lemme tell you, none of us had never ever seen such a beautiful nurse ever in our life... she was wearing a pink saree and that was their uniform.. her name was written on a batch that was pinned to her saree and we all started struggling to read her name..though we couldn't read that name...after all we are BOYS and we cannot change these characteristics (basic instincts!) which are embodied inside our genes…we looked at each other and realized that everyone had the same stuff going on inside the mind... we all burst in to laughter and  we  were charged once again!!! then we started with our photo session...
Bhayya started clicking pictures randomly and he also managed to get some cool snaps of the lady by turning the flash off…while writing this post i actually thought of posting the picture of that nurse which we took that way but, then decided not to do that... i respect beauty and beautiful women you see..  

As soon as Sheldon came out of the casualty with four stitches on his inner lips, he was expecting us to mourn at his situation but, he was terrified to find us having fun inside the hospital. He wanted to scream at us, abuse us but, his lips were totally swollen and his trip was all screwed up!!!

He couldn’t eat anything for next few days, he couldn't laugh on our jokes, couldn't scream and moreover doctor had told him to completely stay away from alcohol. And this was probably the worst punishment for him...  So he had to join me and sachin as we were the only non drinkers…He still somehow managed to drink using a straw on the last day of the trip... this proves his love, dedication and approach towards alcohol... ;) we used to steal the juices from the fridge which Sheldon had bought for his needs…
I still remember how we all used to accompany him to hospital for his check-up and dressing... not because we were worried about Shell.. but, we all wanted to take a glance of that nurse... and  we wanted Sheldon to actually get admitted over there lolzzz!!!  Sheldon, I love you my bro…
